1. 30-day Free Trial Return Policy

  • Our guarantee is to provide a 100% satisfaction shopping experience for everyone choose Cleera. That's why we offer a 30-Day Free Trial Returns Policy to try our solutions in your space. If you don't love your product, let our support team know and we'll arrange for pick up from your home or office.
  • You may return any Cleera product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply contact us and we'll issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • A 30-day, risk-free return policy applies to Cleera all items.
    During the first 30 days after purchase, any returns and replacements are paid by Cleera,and the shipping costs are paid by customers
  • Please keep all packaging materials until you have assembled, installed, and used all ordered items in the event that you notice any damage to your items or you decide to return any items within the approved return period. All returned products must be in the original packaging.
  • This offer applies to any return of up to three items. If you are ordering more than three items, let us help you order a sample item to make sure you are happy with everything before placing a larger order. Contact us for more information.

2. Return Instructions

  • Returns must be approved by Cleera within 30 days of receipt.
  • Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and a return shipping label. Please do not return any items without first receiving your RMA number, they will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Disassembly and/or shipping you packaging materials are not services that we provide.
  • If you're returning a product that was delivered via freight, you'll need to have the product brought out to your curb for no-cost pick-up. You can have it picked up from inside your home or office at an additional cost.
  • Return authorizations expire 30 days after approval; please contact us if you need additional time to return your order.
  • Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt. When the return has been inspected and accepted, a refund will be issued.
  • Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method. If you’ve received notification from us that you’ve been refunded, and you haven’t seen your refund post to your original payment account in 5 days, please double check the account that was used to make the purchase and contact them. then if still haven't recived , please contact us.
  • Any interest accrued on orders purchased is non-refundable.

3. What's Not Returnable / Refundable

  • Bulk orders of more than three items - We do not accept returns on bulk orders. For this reason, we suggest that you order just one or two items to test before placing an order for more than three of any one item.
  • Special Order items (Items that are made to order).
  • The shipping fee by the customer paid for premium shipping service.
  • Clearance and re-sale products with original package.
  • No installation services will be refunded for a return, and disassembly is not a service that we provide.


4. Order Cancellations


Most orders ship the same day, please get in touch with the support team as soon as possible. Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we confirm receipt, we’ll issue a full refund. This usually takes a few days.

 

WARRANTY

 

1. Warranty Period


We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last in tough environments like your home — for years. We stand by our products.
Cleera provides 1-years limited warranty for customers who have purchased Cleera products from Cleera official online store, Amazon, and other Cleera official online stores.
This warranty is applied to Cleera products.
This warranty policy is not applied to the free gifts shipped from Cleera.

2. Exceptions to coverage include:

  • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricane and such).
  • Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
  • Non-quality related issues.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Used for special application other than normal consumer use.
  • Lost /stolen/free/refunded product.
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
  • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.

3. And the Cleera warranty is also exceptions to coverage include in the following situations (not limited to):

  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
  • Damage from outside sources.
  • Any product purchased through an online auction house.

4. How to File a Claim?


Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email at CleeraBot@outlook. Make sure you have your sales receipt or other proof of purchase handy. You will need to provide evidence of the date and place of purchase for your Cleera product.

 

5. Disclaimer


We recommend that all shipments be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for the shipment.
Report any losses or damages promptly to the Cleera team on the Contact us page.
Please keep all packaging materials until you have assembled, installed, and used all ordered items in the event that you notice any damage to your items or you decide to return any items within the approved return period. All returned products must be in the original packaging.


6. Governing Law


This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
